GOSHEN GREEN FARM TO TABLE

We are so thrilled to be partnering with Anup for a wildly delicious Spanish themed dinner featuring fresh vegetables straight from the garden to your table!

Ticket price includes a signature cocktail, delicious meal (meat and vegetarian options), plus special wine pairings by the brilliant Nick Africano! Such a treat! Seating begins at 5:30pm.

Menus are always subject to change based on what’s growing and in season, but here’s an idea of what you might expect:

Bread with smoked butter, Jamon iberico de bellota, Heirloom Tomato Salad, Broccoli Slaw, Herb Salad, Mushroom toast with smoked cheese, Pan con tomate, Lightly smoked salmon with cucumber, Gift wrapped trout with almonds, Vegetarian and Seafood Paellas, Crema Catalana and Tres Leches de Jerez
