Our featured producer for this Fall 2022 release is Bodegas Forlong! Alejandro and Rocio have become friends, and I truly love their wines. They are spearheading white wine making in El Puerto de Santa Maria, a place where very few bodegas are working organically. They are pioneers, yet they also are keeping old traditions alive: using flor (yeast) sparingly as a tool, honoring the vineyards and grapes, and using no chemicals at all.
